How Figzer works

You do not need to sign up or connect any account to start the Free plan.
Switch to the Pro plan tab for upgrade and premium features.

  1. 1

Open the plugin and see what's there

Open any Figma file (or the Figma home screen). In the top menu, click Plugins (or Resources), then find Figzer and click it. A panel opens with FOLDERS, a + button, and All Files. An empty list is normal—you haven't added any files yet.

  2. 2

    Make a folder

Click the + button next to FOLDERS. Name your folder (e.g. "My designs" or "Client work"), optionally pick a color, then click Create. Your new folder appears under FOLDERS. Repeat to add more folders.

  3. 3

    Add your first file

Click your folder name (or All Files). In the main area, click the + / "Add file" button. Paste the Figma file link (copy the URL from your browser when the file is open). Add a display name if you like, then click Add. Your first bookmark is saved.

  4. 4

    Open a file you saved

Click a file name in the list to see its details on the right. Click Open in Figma to open that file in your browser. You can switch between Figzer and Figma anytime.

  5. 5

Add many files at once (Import from URLs)

Click the Settings (gear) icon, then the Import tab. Under Import from URLs, paste your links—one per line—in the text box. Click Add all as bookmarks. Files go to Uncategorized by default; you can move them to folders later.

  6. 6

Move a file into a folder

Click a file so its details show on the right. Use the Move option or folder dropdown to choose a folder (or Uncategorized). The file will appear in that folder in the left list.

  7. 7

Find a file by name or tag (Search)

Use the search box at the top of the main area. Type part of a file name or a tag; Figzer shows only matching files. Clear the search to see all files again.

  8. 8

    List vs Grid view

Near the search bar or folder name, use the list button for a simple list or the grid button for cards (sometimes with thumbnails). Your choice is remembered next time.

  9. 9

    Connect your Figma account (optional)

You do not need to sign up or connect to use Figzer for folders, adding links, search, and opening files. Connecting (Settings → Account) is only needed for thumbnails, importing a whole team's files, or cloud sync. Skip it if you don't need those.

  10. 10

    If something goes wrong

Plugin won't open: try Plugins → Figzer again or close and reopen the panel. Invalid link: paste the full address (https://www.figma.com/...). Can't find a file: check All Files or the right folder, or use search. To start over: Settings → Data → Clear all data (you'll get a warning).
